Walken is a Web3 walking app that gamifies daily physical activity (walking and running) and makes sticking to a healthier lifestyle easy and fun. Grab your CAThlete - an in-game character - and go for a walk together. The more steps you take, the faster your characters make it to the next level.
HealthKit is used to synchronize with Apple Health and Activity, so that Walken can import step count data and distance.

Interesting but bugs are annoying

Basically I like the app but I have two bags that make me mad.
It wants twice more gems and wlkns than it should be. For example to get 5th level I need to have 82 gems when it should be 42. The same with wlkns.
And plus this it count twice less steps than my iphone counts.
So in general I need to walk 4 times more to earn the result what is needed to level up.
I really hope this all will be fixed.

i like the app and i want to use it, cool idea but! I run with a garmin watch and this data is synced with apple health. but the application doesn't take these steps into account( this is very bad! I have to run with the phone ( guys 21st century in the yard

We are not slaves

With each release of alleged updates, the application and functionality only gets worse. they remove important functions, in exchange they introduce only what leads to monetization, everyone forgot about a healthy lifestyle, supposedly about which they were broadcasting, and now it has become just entertainment and money swell for pumping cats. I think it's time for Apple to pay attention to this application, if the developers themselves have forgotten about the origins. I'm already silent about the hundreds of bugs that appear with each new version.
