Good enough, but still some features missing

Thanks for the application! It looks great and easy to use.

I would like to ask you to add ability to add Categories, currently I can add only subcategory for subcategory, it is not clear for me why I can’t add or remove main categories (I am using Lifetime Premium).

And also add ability to set currency rate inside transaction pop up for expenses and incomes as for transfer

Awful customer experience. Moving on.

I’ve been a premium customer for more than a year. I’ve enjoyed the app itself. UX is awesome and everything works fast.
But the bank sync feature is the worst. I had it broken a dozen of times. Opened at least 5 CS tickets (tried to open even more times). And every single time I had to go through hell of Wallet customer support. There is no clear indication of what is wrong. The sync just stops. You can’t easily message CS from the app - you need to dive deep into their Help portal and jump the hoops of scrolling to the bottom of articles to find that the contact CS button IS NOT THERE.
This is such a disappointment. I’m going to extract years of my finance data from you and go find another app that can do the same thing but reliably.

Nice but..

Actually, the application itself is good enough as PFM, - not too boring, it’s doing it’s job, simple to understand, etc.. The only thing (which you definitely heard a hundred times) is missing monobank connection in Ukraine. As an example, I am using couple banks, and if one bank from this list is missing - the application looses all senses for me. I understand, that it’s not a problem of your app, this is a missing integration from the side of (SaltEdge or whatever system are you using), but you know, you are loosing lot’s of money because of that, and, of course, retention of UA users drops to the point of zero ) So it’s better to ask that service for additional integration from their side)
Anyway, application is nice, so keep going)
