Virtual Trainer:
Get in shape with your virtual personal trainer. Pick from a variety of different workouts that can be executed from home, your lunch break, outdoors or while on vacation. Customize your own fitness playlist from Wemofits large library of fitness videos. Save your favorite customized workouts to your VIRTUAL TRAINER dashboard and use them as your daily routine to getting fit! If you don’t want to create your own playlist follow along with one of Wemofits already existing VIRTUAL TRAINER PACKAGES that is broken down by body parts and workout settings.

Challenges:
Compete with your friends, family and/or coworkers in Step Challenges. You can create teams and make this a fun team competition. You decide how long the challenge will run.
The weight challenges works the same way - individual or team challenges.
