It’s been a week since I sent my ID for KYC verification and still haven’t got any answer or any sort of explanation for such delay. There’s an absolute absence of any kind of support, developers just put a useless chat bot for support issues and what is more my chat with this bot was deleted in a while after I used it. Pin doesn’t work, app just doesn’t recognize it and I had to re-login every time. App also asks me for update every time I try to open it.
To sum up it’s a disgrace. I’ll have to ask them politely to delete my account and all the personal information I gave them.

За неделю так и не смогли проверить документы для KYC верификации. В чате поддержки бесполезный чат бот, к тому же моя переписка с ботом спустя пару дней была удалена. Код-пароль для входа не работает, приложение просто его не запоминает и постоянно пишет что пароль неверный. Каждый раз при открытии приложение оно просит обновления. В общем приложение сырое, полное отсутствие тех поддержки и какого либо сервиса.
