Scam and ignore tech support
I am a verified user. I Have a Wirex plastic card. 21 days ago, the application issued an error about the unsuccessful sending of my doge coins that were on balance. The equivalent of 200 euros. The coins were debited, but were not transferred. Tech support took a long time to figure out, and then said that everything was fine on their part. After this response, an unsuccessful transaction disappeared from the transaction history. And the money was never returned. Now the support is silent. Dear Wirex team, as a software developer, I commit myself at the Web Summit in Lisbon and in the circles of other developers to distribute easily and without compulsion what kind of fraudulent project you are. Perhaps I will also write to Apple support and SBI group. I don't expect any reaction from you. All the bad things to you.

Persistent Issues and Unresponsive Support
I’ve been facing ongoing login problems with this app, and despite diligently searching through the FAQ section, I couldn’t find any relevant answers to resolve the issue. Even more disheartening is the fact that I’ve opened several support tickets over the past two months, and unfortunately, the support team has yet to provide assistance.
The extended delay in addressing my concerns has significantly impacted my ability to use the app effectively. I hope the developers take note of these challenges and work towards improving both the login process and the responsiveness of their support team.
