Wolt Delivery: Food and more 12+

I really like Wolt service, your UI is excellent, but you should fix the customer service, because when we had trouble with order and went for support, the message in the customer window said that we couldn’t close the window in the app because it will completely disappear. We had to wait more than 1 hour with open window the whole time, so we couldn’t order something different or go to another app etc. It is not okay, you should definitely make a window with messages in the app (like with the order status), customer shouldn’t just sitting and waiting for response more than 1 hour looking at the screen and not being able to close the window or app

Poor synchronization between the app and the restaurant. As a result, you spend time searching for the restaurant, selecting food, and then you get a message saying that your order has been cancelled. Customer service then sends you a standard template message saying that the items you selected are no longer available at the restaurant, but they still appear on the menu. This is not an isolated case for me, so I am increasingly using an alternative delivery service.

Delivery time? For Wolt, it's essentially fictional. They arbitrarily extend the delivery time without any prior notice, and attempting to reach them via chat or email guarantees complete silence for 2-3 days! It's like talking to a wall, as Wolt's responses are simply nonexistent.

As for problem resolution, it's a true test of patience. If any issues arise, don't expect Wolt to provide a timely or effective solution. Even after a week, the most you'll get is a couple of emojis and a generic "sorry." It's just dreadful!

And when it comes to canceling an order because Wolt decided to double the delivery time, forget about it. Even if the order isn't ready yet, Volt makes it nearly impossible for you to cancel.

And I haven't even mentioned how Wolt quietly cancels all payments directed to the establishment that once delivered the wrong order. Instead of rectifying the mistake, they just refund the money and remain silent. The service is stuck in a bygone era, far from our current standards!
