Update issue
Every time I need to download update, it downloads it first time, then popup with continue button appears and for some strange reason it forces me to download WHOLE game. 8 GB again? Why?
Please, fix your problems
I don't need to explain what the problems are. You know what they are. I am here to say that there is a demand from player community to make a quality changes.
The game is not pay to win yet. But you can pay to ruin fun for everybody. Buying a tier ten premium has never been so easy and there is no insentive to learn how to drive it. Please stop treating us like a cashcow. Nobody wants to participate in a tank themed gambling machine. The way you treat microtransactions is not sustainable and you know it. Please think about some long term consequences.
Playerbase wants bigger and more interesting maps players want better graphics, moreover, players are willing to pay for thematic and detailed legendary camos. Don't be afraid to change the game before it becomes outdated. And for god's sake ranks was a lazy piece of garbage, complete and nasty disrespect to your customers.
Successfull payment via Apple Pay was not received by WoT Blitz
I bought 6500 gold with 75% discount for $4.99, the payment was successful, I have receipt, same is stated on iTumes Store/Music, though I did not receive the gold in game.
I reported a ticket to the WoT Blitz Support, but got replay that they did not receive money and I have to contact Apple Support directly for a refund because such purchase cannot be refunded via report a problem on iTunes.
Very bad experience, I am sure I won't buy anything else in Blitz.
Think twice before making some big purchases.
