- under the hood: Swift 4.2 Upgrade, some minor performance improvements

Here is feedback.
On app open nothing happend, so it feels like it stuck and you need to figure it out that you need to go top left -> menu -> Open, etc.
Would be nice to have something appear on screen to know that app running and ready. (as Xcode does for example)

Great tool for iOS developer. Now I can easy edit my translation XLIFF files and import them back. And app is free!
