did not receive game currency after purchasing with real money

I paid for game diamonds, but they didn’t come to me, when I contacted support to get the diamonds to get the money back, they told me that they wouldn’t give me my diamonds because they couldn’t verify the information...But does it bother me? I sent them screenshots showing that the payments had gone through and sent them a sales receipt from the appstore and an email. You can keep the money for yourself, but I will send a complaint to the appstore, I am not the only one who did not receive the goods after paying for the funds, and this is a violation! I hope this game will be removed from the appstore and no one else will spend their money on air
