Free translator that can work offline and translate text from photos
• Translate between any pair of the 100 languages when you’re online.
• Translate from French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and other languages to English while offline: download these languages for free and enable the offline mode in Settings.
• Speak words or phrases in Russian, English, or Turkish to translate them into any of these languages, or have the app read the translations to you.
• Learn new words and their meanings through usage examples in the app’s dictionary (available for most of the currently supported languages).
• Take a picture of a menu, road sign, book page or choose a photo with text from your Camera Roll to view its translation right over the image (only available when you are online).
• Translate entire sites directly in the app or in Safari.
• Read books, news, or articles in a foreign language together with Yandex.Translate on your iPad using Split View.
• Read transliterated Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, Georgian, Greek, Hebrew, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese Pinyin.
• Enjoy the app’s time-saving predictive typing function and automated language detection.
• Save translations in Favorites and view your translation history at any time.
• Speak to your Apple Watch to see your words translated on its screen.

Yandex Translator is a good app
Good afternoon. Very good application, thank you for it! But when translating from Russian to English, it sometimes misses certain fragments of text that need to be translated. This is very inconvenient and makes no sense. And also, make the screen divider between the search text and its translation movable,
so that this separator can be moved up or down, thereby increasing or decreasing the number of lines of text being translated on the screen. Please correct this if possible and thank you very much!!

Return selecting area mode....!
Everything is ok, but the selecting area mode in photo translation was removed. Please, could you return it, because it was very useful to choose necessary text from photo

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Now we have two modes for translating text from a photo: full translation by default and the ability to switch to word selection (the transition is made by tapping on the screen). In word selection mode, they are underlined with a marker. Tap on such a word or selecting a block of text will show the translation, and tap on any free area switches to full translation mode.
Better then google translate
It has black theme, favorite tab and history) more stuff than google has, and it works a bit better)
