Yemeksepeti: Food & Grocery 4+

We’ve been living in Turkey for 2 years and since our first order we haven’t had any issues. We order all the time, sometimes even a couple of times a day. Customer support works perfectly. They are always helpful. Trendyol and Yemeksepeti are my favourite ones. But I agree that English version needs to be improved to have a solid 5 ❤️

95% of all deliveries with some problems.. or damaged products or forgot something or instead 30 minutes you waiting more than 2 hours! Helping center never help, so just for the tick. Bring wrong order from their market can’t change it three hours! after said that mistake with another flat and bring after midnight ( I don’t sleep and all this time wait) order with hot fresh meet and ofcourse when I heard that my open order touch other people and its stay at hot place all this time l don’t took it, money still not back… Few weeks l don’t used it and decide give one more chance but again same situations! In Turkey there is other delivery apps and maybe not so big as this but for sure much better service!
Not recommend this application at all!

I will only talk about the app itself, not the service here, though the service could have been better as well.
First of all, it’s really slow and resource hungry, if you got an older phone like an iPhone 8 or older your phone will also overheat like crazy.
As for the UX, it’s all ridden with ads and sudden popups and floating buttons, it’s a mess and the only reason I keep using it it’s because there are no better alternatives.
To make things worse it’s all buggy as well. Sometimes you just can’t make an order, sometimes it’ll sign you out of your account for no reason, sometimes you’re done with the cart and you notice all of your payment options are suddenly gone, so you’ll have to - guess what - sign out and login into your account again.
I also don’t recommend you applying the discount voucher before you’re absolutely done with the cart because if you mess with it the app will eventually say the voucher has been used out so no discount for you.
It really is a bad experience - and I’m only talking about the app itself here.
