Impossible to save a video on a phone
Cannot save a video. Saving 3m video needs many hours (according to a progress bar). Tried to save 10 sec video and it failed after 50% progress. Also impossible to play a video. It starts, plays approximately 3-5 sec and starts from the beginning. What I need from the app? Get an accident video. Now I cannot do any. I cannot even make a screen record while playing a video. Terrible production version! Iphone 13 pro max ios 15.1
Please fix video on iPhone XS
It is not possible to watch saved videos on iPhone XS (iOS 12.1) - can hear sound only, but screen is black. Video remains black if to export it to photos either. Checked on iPhone 6s (iOS 12.1) - video can be seen there.
Doesn’t work on the iOS 13
Asks to connect to WiFi. It’s connected. Tried forgot network and connect again. It connects okay. But in the Yi app it doesn’t recognize that device is connected. Looks that problem related to iOS 13 update. Please fix it!
