Previously i had my first order from Zaful and definitely not the last! The design of the app is great and convenient, the delivery is fast(but I had difficulties with tracking at first), the clothing is true to size, very high quality and looks exactly like the pictures. It is also very good that you can see reviews from other people and photos from real life, but i don’t like that in „gallery“ there are lots of pieces wich are not really the same as product.

Don’t recommend it

It was said they will process my order within a week. It have been two and they still didn’t. I have asked the support about my order, i was told that items I have chosen are out of stock, I was also suggested to change original two items to new one and was advised to pick up one that are in stock. So did I. Day after they responded me and told, that one of my items is available, and another is not. “Please choose available”. I have replied it was available, and support responded me next thing: “Thousands of people place an order on our website every day. Stock and Availability shown on this site is for your reference only.”
So, doesn’t matter is an item you choose available or not, your order will come extremely late (I was suggested to wait two weeks more until items are available, add shipping and processing time and you’ll get two or more months of waiting) or will NOT come at all.

I’ve done my order on November,4.
I’ve been waiting for more than a week, after what I’ve contacted customer services to ask about my order.

At the first time, they tried to tell me, that the issue is about my credit card and about that my bank is processing the payment for too long. But at the same time I had a letter from ZAFUL, that tells that they got my payment. In addition I have contacted my bank to ask if the payment wasn’t completed. But they also told me that the payment is ok. So I’ve got 2 confirmations about my payment: from Zaful and from my Bank. When I told that to the customer service, they apologized for this situation and told me that things I wanted to buy are out of stock. So I’ve requested a refund.

Lately, I’ve got a letter, which tells that the refund is done, check your credit card etc. But the money weren’t back on my card. That’s why I’ve contacted customer services for one more time and asked, where is my refund. After what I’ve got a message “it will be sent in 7-14 days”.

So you guys tried to abuse me for two times and that’s why I think that you are robbers and why you get a “1 star mark”.
