Cheating people!!!
An offer came to buy a shark for 600 diamonds. I was missing 10. I pressed buy, offered to buy diamonds which are not enough. I clicked to buy for $ 0.99. in the end, wrote: purchase error. deducted money, diamonds gave, but no shark. it just doesn't go into any scope! thus, to lure money out of people !!! I demand a refund or provide a character who was going to buy! I put one star for the quality of service! change to 5 stars when they solve the problem. all the best.
Bills/support/cheating people
I’ve been playing/regular donating this game about 2 years. And if only you run into a trouble with a bills, they just ban your account and putting it in a negative balance of crystals.
On the 2nd of January i bought a 20 legendary boxes and the game was crashed. After i reconnected there’s nothing was received and a purchase was screwed. So i tried to make it easier and get it together with a support, ended up in failure. My manager of VIP users Manny just kept silence. Nothing was to do as make an Apple refund. After i got my money back, they just banned my account. Whoever sees this comment be aware of how do they refer to their customers. I won’t be paying a negative balance of crystals in principle. Good job guys appreciate the support and an nicely attitude.
UNFAIRLY
I want to complain about the unfair selection of players in the match! it is impossible to play when, say, you are level 6 and your whole team and a whole team of level 15 plays against you! it just doesn't give any chance to win because the forces are not equal and you are very quickly killed without effort! I demand to improve the selection of players for the match according to their strengths so that they are approximately equal and that player wins only because he plays well and not because he has a very pumped character and he kills everyone very easily. I hope you fix it.
