The new update has limited the payment options…I can't even pay using the service provider I registered with
wouldn’t recommend using their app at this time because..
I’ve had two absolutely revolting experiences with this app. Firstly, the offers on some games to refund your money up to 50$ if the bet fails, are fake fake fake. I hope someone can live up to these promises as it affects the credibility of the company as a whole. Maybe see your promise’s through or dont get people’s hopes up?
Secondly, any deposit you make is expected to be in a bet of 1:1 otherwise your money cant be returned back to mobile money. I know this coz i’ve attempted to make withdrawals with spare change i didnt bet, and ended up losing it to games i initially didnt plan to take part. I do hope they look into this particular feature as it’s very unnecessary and quite unfair to dictate how someone can use their money.
another side note, some people i know have won trebles and attempted to withdraw their money but it never arrived so in general can this app be trusted at all with our finances?
There should be a provision for people to air out their grievances and be tended to

when i need deposit mobel money like airtel or MTN i don't see that option please solve
