So many bugs
The app glitches all the time. Also, the fact that it can’t be used on a WiFi network, even MTN’s, is strange and ridiculous. Needs work, but convenient when it actually works.
Best Mobile Carrier App there is
It’s a lovely app with so much effort put into it. It’s my favorite phone network app. I love how they are constantly working on fixing bugs and seeing how to balance security with ease of use.
Each change they make comes under a lot of scrutiny, and There are some things I wish they would change, but it’s an extremely great app overall.
TERRIBLE APPLICATION
This app is the single most undependable application there is. It does not work, it freezes, requires you to login through a browser each time you need to use it, can not use biometrics to login whether on Wifi or Mobile data. I would not recommend this app.
I suggest the developers reprogram it to work in order to make our experience more favorable. You can borrow some ideas from the M-PESA app. Thank you.
