Description
Al-Bustan Village App allows our residents to tap into the entire community, stay connected and up-to-date with what is going on, and streamline communications with our compound management team.
What Al-Bustan Village members can do through the App :
- Stay up-to-date on Al-Bustan Village happenings and news!
- Register visitors and receive visitor approval reference numbers
- Report any issues that they might face and receive support
- Check out what’s happening at Al-Bustan Village through the events section
- Book certain facilities around Al-Bustan Village
- Find discounts and community offers
- Reach out with a tap and start chatting with the Admin
We will be making on-going improvements and will add additional features in due course.

This update includes:
- Adding the description field for tickets to provide you with the ability to add more details to your issue.
- General Bug Fixes
Over the coming weeks, we will be rolling out:
- Linking your profile to your unit. You should be able to see it in the Profiles Tab.
- Receiving invoices that you can pay online in app.
