The patient can book and manage the outpatient appointments via the application, immediately and in real time, around the clock, seven days a week. They can also search by doctor, speciality and sub specialisation.

The patient can join a virtual consultation online with his doctor through a scheduled video call and using the waiting rooms.

The patient can view upcoming scheduled clinic appointments, endoscopic services, physiotherapy sessions, laboratory tests, refill medications and scheduled hypnosis in chronological order.
Access to medical records
The patient can safely view the health file, enabling them to share their health information with other service providers. This includes diagnoses, allergies, vital signs, drug list, laboratory results, radiology reports, operations reports, vaccination file and medical reports.
