Amazing graphics though….
Almost everything about this app is amazing. The graphics are excellent, the zoom function is fabulous and the videos are very clear. Their quizzes are kind of basic but very very good. They help you to master those basic skills which are key to understanding the complex concepts.
Here is what I need to be improved or included in future updates.
You could give structured notes (notes with gaps) so that if I am a teacher or student using the app I can fill them out as a form of self/ class assessment. PowerPoints May be a huge call but think about something like that.
Some of the videos are too brief that barely anything is well explained. I know the developer didn’t want to make very long videos as the app would consume huge storage (its currently about 1.8B) but still they need to improve on that. A video can be 1 minute or 40 seconds long but with detailed explanations. Putting a few 3 minutes or 4 minutes videos is also fine because investing almost $40 in an app is a lot of money considering that there are other cheap options. We leave those cheap options expecting the very best from here. Improve on the videos please. Not the quality of graphics but the explanation. The narrator does not need to sound as if someone is chasing them or a huge storm is just behind their back. I have seen fabulous short videos on nucleus medical media so you could borrow a leaf. Not all of them are nice but most of their videos are on point.
Also the app is not very smooth. This does not bother me but it annoys sometimes. However, anyone thinking of buying this app should not be deterred by this. It is something minor that needs to change but overall has less negative impact on the performance of the app. I play games on asphalt, it is a heavy app and is very smooth. Tell your engineers to improve on this. We will love you even more.
Lastly, thank you for making sure everything is accessible offline. That was a huge plus. If you improve on the things above, I will come back and give you five stars
