Good
The app is the best but some workers.... there’s a guy called lusambya that guy made me to wait him 3hrs mbu am coming am coming
I ordered 5:30pm, the guy sent me a msg that am coming in 10 minutes and i said fine after 20 minutes he said pliz am coming i was changing oil and i said ok.... i waited the guy till 6:30pm and keeps on promising......at 7:00pm i tried to call back him, the phone was off and he already disconnected me...kale that guy his so stupid
Easiest way to move around
I just love this app, you need to go somewhere, just order a ride and in few minutes your driver/boda is there. and the fare is fair 😀
Aggressive drivers
I hate the quarrelsome bolt drivers. I have encountered 3 consecutive drivers that are way too aggressive. One quarreled over the price when we reached munyonyo and even took my change worth 2000 shillings. The other told me to cancel the order so that I order for the same car but the large version so that he would get a bigger pay for him to take me with my little luggage!!!. I even wonder whether you follow up on the reviews/ratings we give the drivers after a trip! If so they would not treat us with too much arrogance.
