Uuuh faras, it has become my best drive app now . First of all customer care is on point don’t even get me started on how they go the extra mile of calling you to ask you why you cancelled if you need them to call you a ride . Oh and the way they call you in the middle of the ride to ask if everything is okay. Bambi continue being like that . I advise everyone else to download faras for rides anywhere at cheap and friendly prices 🥰🥰

100% recommendation. Never looking back, the customer service is up there. You get a small issue trying to order and someone will call you straight away, even get you a rider. Just Wooww, and most of the drivers I’ve gotten so far are amazing, good customer service, always smiling. Loved loved Gumisiriza Baker. Keep it up guys, you’re the best around right now.
