Description

PROCESS TM app is a mobile Software for recording time studies (stopwatch) and activity samplings by the methods of industrial engineering. You can calculate target times or analyze your processes or use the results for 5S and TPM projects.

This app is an addition to PROCESS TM ppc, PROCESS TM mobile and PROCESS TM video. The time study generate the electronic protocol for the further calculation in the web application (www.process-tm.com). After your registration you will be able to work on this application too. You are also able to do multimoment studies or analyses to calculate the additional times. Even it’s possible to analyze your time study stand-alone in the app.

Functional overview:
- parallel access to 5 clocks
- description of operating sequences with content, measurement point and time type
- adjustment of statistic parameters and displaying results during the process
- foot documentation of work system and operation sequences
- managing text modules
- changing reference values for target time calculation
- retroactive efficiency degrees
- any interruption of operation sequences are allowed and possible to connect by proceeding
- charts available for first analysis
