Our driver community undertakes mandatory training on proper road usage, first aid, and road safety. A SafeBoda driver is identifiable by their name(s) on the back of the orange reflector jacket and a unique number on the helmet. A SafeCar driver is identified by matching the number plate on your app to that on the car.
Need to pay utility bills? Pay all your bills with just a few clicks
You can pay water, electricity, TV, and tax bills effortlessly on the SafeBoda app. All you have to do is deposit cashless on your wallet, tap pay bills and follow prompts.
Running low on airtime or data? Buy more on the app, you can buy airtime or data for you and your friends & family at no extra cost.
Making deliveries? Send parcels safely and quickly.
Our drivers will move your items from one location to another while you track all the progress through the app.

Deposit to your SafeBoda Wallet using mobile money/card, with a driver, or at an agent location, and enjoy cashless rides all the way.

Ratings and Reviews
Cashless ,lack of 500ugsh balance and Helmets
SafeBoda , you need to harmonize the issue of cashless with your riders ! They really don’t like it and usually turn us down whenever one wants to use the cashless option
Also, let your riders start having coins with them, all the time “I have no 500shs.” We feel cheated coz you keep paying 500 extra for every ride !
Also, now that Covid is done, kindly bring back the use of helmets for customers, they ensure safety

Dear Lilian, Thank you for the feedback and review. We sincerely apologize for every time our riders have rejected or turned down a cashless trip. We encourage you to give details of such trip or riders to us on support@safeboda.com in order to ensure such is addressed.
Cashless issue
I find a lot of comfort while using SafeBoda but I get a challenge when I want to use cashless a big disappointment I got with over 3 rides disconnecting when I told them am using cashless. Which is not the first time but I felt for today i should a raise it up. I think you updated it on usage as an option but your riders are not fine with it so talk to them or else they really turn down someone . Thank you
My safe bodah app was updated
this new app is too slow and nagging you can imagine have to send for stuff as always but i cant request last used my app yesterday night today it says oops slow connection check and😡😡try again my old app was okay before i updated to this new one its dissapointing🤦♀️have tried several time been trying since morning an its still saying the same thing please resolve my issue thanks
