Mine can’t even play in any television once you try to open any channel you find it that the app just exits itself to the home button maybe it doesn’t support well on iphone

I thought when you have just registered to use the YOTV app you are given one month free subscription 🤔🤔🤔 how comes I can not get my one month free subscription yet I have just registered. All the channels show me padlocks.
