Widget never installed.
Read an article about this app, and immediately thought what most people reading this review would think, it was the best looking weather app I’ve seen, Mobile device or Desktop. I was sold, so I proceeded to download the bundle and purchased the Patron Subscription. Once inside the settings I viewed the widget and proceeded to add to my desktop, but the widget doesn’t display as option to add. Not sure what’s is wrong.
Need to purchase a membership
You have to purchase a membership to use the apps. You can use the free trial but still, I thought it would be fun. It’s not a bad app though. 👍🏼
A beautiful suite of everyday tools
I have reviewed each app individually so I’m not going to go into too much detail about them here, but each one is a fun and thoughtful reimagining of something that we typically take for granted. The graphics and sounds are very fun, which makes them very pleasant to use, and there are also some very thoughtful interface design decisions that I really appreciate.
In a sense, these apps are like buying a nice countertop or something. It may not dramatically increase your productivity, but it provides a nice atmosphere and a joyful experience, which for me, is absolutely worth it.
