No sound
The concept is great but without sound it is useless. How do I get my money back?
Upeset momma!
Ingot on my daughter's ipad and ordered this app bundle last night so it would load and be ready for me to show her something exciting and new this morning, only to find out that none of them work properly! No sound on any of the apps! I am not happy!! We love preschool prep but I would like a refund so I can buy my 3yr old something that actually works!
Not Working Properly
We tried to download the Meet the Shapes app and it froze in the middle of downloading and now we can't open or delete it.
