Worst user experience ever
Worst UX ever. I always have a hard time logging into my account. Called the representative and he has no idea what’s going on either. A suggestion-try adding an option of visibility next to the “password” section on the log in page so users are able to see what they entered😅
Also why can’t this app be merged with the richart app…why do we need 2-3apps for one bank account lol….

反應太慢
開啟的速度比其他電子支付app慢非常多，會讓後面的人等太久，且強迫更新速度也很慢，讓我在結帳時最後還是改用其他支付方式
