Ever heard the term K.I.S.S.? Keep it simple stupid. That’s exactly what this app does - keeps it simple with the interface and I love it for that! Replaced the LIFE app that I was using for over a year until they shut it down. Found out about this one from Reddit and so grateful that I did. Developer was also a LIFE app user and then created this so he knows the IF lifestyle and lives it. Shared it with his fellow Redditers to join and we did - in droves! Using the app has helped me lose 13 pounds so far and keeps me on track with my fasting goals. I like seeing the metrics on the second screen. If I had to change anything, maybe make the body weight graph more robust where you can click into it but honestly, not a big deal. Some people have requested a community there such as what you found in the LIFE app but I’m ok with not having that social part to the platform. Everything doesn’t need to be social plus you have other social platforms to take care of that such as Reddit. I like that this app does what it does well and isn’t focused on being more than it needs to be, which is simply a tracker for your eating and intermittent fasting windows. shared this with a friend overseas who has been using it for the past few months and lost 26 pounds. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. Good job and let’s keep it going!

After 'LIFE Fasting Tracker' shut down, I searched for another option to track my intermittent fasting online, but the ones i've used in the past now are updated with all kinds of ads and unnecessary features (fastic...). But this app is perfect because it's not too overwhelming with information, doesn't bombard you with pop-ups or unwanted notifications, NO ADS (especially during these days, this is so rare and appreciated), easy to nagivate and customize, PRIVACY PROTECTING, and even more. I was worried it was going to be janky and suspicious-- like how older websites have that "give-you-a-virus" look-- but this app genuinely looks professional, clean, and there's no bugs or errors I've come across while using it. Thank you developers for not hiding anything behind a paywall, us users really appreciate it :) you've made my and thousands of others' fasting journeys continue to be possible!
