Stud Finder - Metal Detector

The app is used to find metal elements in the wall: nails, screws, wiring, etc.

How it works:

1. Turn on the app
2. Place the back of your phone against a wall
3. Start moving the phone along the wall
4. If there is metal in the wall, you will hear a beep and the indicator on the phone will turn red

It is important to know that the application may not work with older phone models

Actually Works!

I didn’t want to punch a lot of holes in my wall. The Spackler did a good job so I could see the seams or screw dimples. I was ready to by a stud finder but thought I’d give Apple a try. Found this app and save myself some money and time! Thank you very much!!!!

Complete scam

Nearly $10 wasted. New construction. New phone. Didn’t even pick up around electrical where there has to be metal.

Don’t waste your money

DOES NOT WORK! Just says 72 the whole time and beeps, I even held it over where I know for a fact there’s studs and it still did not detect the studs. Scam!
