Its taking way to long!!! I wanted ti listen to music at 10am , its almost 3 and still not connected

Alexa keeps shutting off

When playing, music system will
Shut off after about 10-15 minutes. Ask her why and answer is “ I did not hear any activity”. If I am busy (reading) the only sound will be music. Called your office multiple times and only answer is to restart the system which does nothing. WHY can’t this be corrected ? I can listen to music on TV many hours and never lose the signal Please respond to my concerns with something other than reboot. Norman Andina.

Set up

Instructions are not clear for someone who is not a technocrat. Very confusing and not complete. What does Zab look like and how do I know when I have the right one. I have set up for so far and deleted. as each one seems to come with another charge that looks very expensive to use. Not liking this at all.
