The developers are so unprofessional that they have not considered the simplest user cases, such as a user who left Ukraine 10 years ago and does not have a Ukrainian BankID ( and cannot obtain this ID remotely) and, no current accounts in Ukrainian banks, and no Ukrainian phone numbers.

According to the logic of this application, such users do not have the opportunity to register, which in turn allows the state to automatically consider a significant part of the Ukrainian diaspora abroad as outlaws, depriving them of consular assistance, like passport renewal etc.

Even more, in case of complete inability to register, a significant part of the Ukrainian diaspora abroad automatically becomes subject to criminal cases, according the newest updates in Ukrainian laws, fines (notification of which is impossible to obtain), and forced seizure and auctioning of property belonging to them in Ukraine.

The developers' inability to implement an authentication method based on the Individual Tax Number and the user's passport number is a significant flaw in the user registration process.

I have no accounts in Ukrainian banks and no Ukrainian phone number for long long time and even if I want to open an account I have to go to Ukraine since in order to open even remotely you need Ukrainian registration or some temp Ukrainian address means you need to be in Ukraine. In other words in order to register here you need to fly to Ukraine. And without this stuff Ukrainian consulate won’t give you any service/support. So what my country does here - it puts requirements which people can’t satisfy ignoring own citizens abroad making them outlaws.

At first the app wasn't in the US app store, then it didn't work through bank registration, I didn't receive an SMS to the US number for confirmation, thanks to your app my bank accounts are blocked and I received a fine in Ukraine for $1000+

What information are you missing? Why don't you receive SMS to your USA number? I haven't been able to log into your app for half a year, and now my accounts are blocked "thanks" to your development!
