Когда звонят в домофон а я отвечаю с телефона, на экране серый цвет и слышится какое-то шебуршани😶🌫️
Не могу даже адрес проверить
Я зашёл в приложение, ввёл номер телефона и просит ввести адрес я ввожу и не могу нажать на кнопку проверить адрес.

Привет! Благодарю за обратную связь) Для формирования заявки требуется ввести адрес с точностью до дома. Чтобы более детально разобраться в проблеме, можно написать на почту поддержки Росдомофон support@rosdomofon.com, с указанием адреса, по которому наблюдается проблема, названия управляющей компании и более развернутым описанием проблемы 👌

Привет! Благодарю за обратную связь) Можно попросить описать подробнее в чем странность и какое установлено оборудование? Скорее всего оборудование настроено некорректно и следует обратиться к поставщику услуг с просьбой настроить его правильно 👍
