The latest upgrade crashes every time I open it. It’s useless.

After making a reservation on the app, four times out of five when you get to the post-office, the digital receptionist does not recognize your appointment. And even though it remains on your own phone, the postal clerks do not honor the reservation.

Please fix the working/opening hours for branches. They appear 00:00, even after your 6 Dec update.

The app is good except when making an appointment is only displays time options as 00:00,

Please add an option to archive a package tracking instead of deleting it.

I’m trying to make an appointment and the screen just keeps loading.
