Video app failed miserably
I setup a video appointment for an urgent matter with my doctor, and logged in to the “waiting room” 10 minutes before the appointment and took pictures and typed my issue in the app. I then waited for the doctor to appear, 40 minutes later I got a text saying the doctor was waiting, I then tried working with the app and it was frozen. I killed the app and went back in and the appointment was gone.
The doctor did not call, he just dropped it. I called the branch and they sent a message to the doctor who didn’t respond. The next day I made a telephone appointment with the doctor for 11 I didn’t get a call so I called the branch at 11:40 and they said they’ll get the doc the message, got a call from the branch 30 minutes later saying hold on for tre Doctor, just heard elevator music until a secretary picked up and said the doctor will call. I finally got a call from the doctor at 2:20 pm.
Not impressed
Getting blood results for a specific date it seems that I need to touch on each test as opposed to seeing all the results on 1 page.
Previous version was definitely a better user experience for me.
Not so bad
I have had no crashes. There are some annoying things: when a field requires numbers, it wakes up with the keyboard on letters; there seems to be no list of previous appointments, with a shortcut to make a new one; there seems to be no way to leave a message for one’s doctor.
