A lot to improve
The app is structured ok but it is infested with bugs and the most problematic issue is the poor interface to the backend systems of the bank. Almost every request is timed out due to lack of response from the backend. I would try to improve this first. I think that some of the other issues may have to do with this one. There is a lot to work on to make it be on PAR with the two other major banks.
So bad
I don’t think there is one time that I have logged into this app and it has worked for me well. Very disappointed

Makes my banking easy! Love the simple and friendly way I can communicate with my banker and get most of my banking done in seconds without setting foot in the bank!
