עמותת הלל הוקמה בשנת 1991 ומאז מסייעת ליוצאים ויוצאות בשאלה מהעולם החרדי להשלים פערים ולהשתלב בחברה הישראלית.
החזון של הלל הוא חברה ישראלית שבה לכל צעירה וצעיר חרדיים יש יכולת לבחור בחופשיות את דרכן/ם ואורח חייהן/ם, תוך מימוש עצמי מלא.
הייעוד של הלל הוא לשמש קהילה המקבלת לתוכה יוצאות ויוצאים בשאלה מן המגזר החרדי, ולסייע להן/ם להשתלב בהצלחה בחברה הישראלית.
פעילות העמותה מתבצעת בשיתוף עם משרד הרווחה במרכזי הפעילות בירושלים, תל אביב, חיפה, ראש פינה ובאר שבע, וכן במקלטי חירום ייחודיים.
