אם נסעתם אי פעם ברכבת, התסריט הבא בוודאי מוכר לכם: אתם נכנסים לתחנה, בא לכם להזמין קפה ומאפה כדי להתפנק בנסיעה, אבל הרכבת שלכם אמורה להגיע בעוד עשר דקות. כאן מתחיל משחק החישובים: תוך כמה זמן הקפה יהיה מוכן? נספיק להגיע מהסניף לרציף? צריך לוותר? כדאי להמר? איך זה ייגמר?
סוף מספר 1: אתם מקווים לטוב. מקבלים את ההזמנה, יורדים לרציף ומגלים שיש קפה, אבל אין רכבת.
סוף מספר 2: אתם לא לוקחים סיכון ויורדים לרציף. יש רכבת, אין קפה.
בקיצור, לא משנה איזו אפשרות בחרתם, הפי אנד כנראה לא יהיה פה.
וכאן אנחנו נכנסים לתמונה. תכירו את קפה עלית פיקאפ, האפליקציה שמאפשרת לכם להזמין קפה (ומשהו ליד) בכ-40 סניפי קפה עלית שבתחנות הרכבת בלחיצת כפתור לשעה מדויקת - ולהספיק לרכבת הבאה בזמן ובסטייל.
תהליך ההזמנה פשוט וידידותי:
· מורידים את אפליקציית קפה עלית פיקאפ
· בוחרים את סניף קפה עלית שממנו רוצים להזמין
· מזמינים קפה, מאפה או כריך בהתאמה אישית, כולל כל הוראות ההכנה שחשוב לכם לציין
· בוחרים "איסוף מיידי" (אם כבר נמצאים בתחנה) או "איסוף עתידי"
· במקרה שבחרתם "איסוף עתידי", מתזמנים לשעת איסוף מדויקת. כן, ממש על הדקה
· אוספים את הקפה החם בדיוק בדקה שהזמנתם
· עולים על הרכבת עם קפה וחיוך. נסיעה נעימה J
התשלום עבור ההזמנה מתבצע דרך האפליקציה.
חשוב לנו להדגיש שהאפליקציה שלנו מאובטחת ועומדת בכל התקנים.
חוסכים זמן וכסף
מעבר לחיסכון בזמן, קפה עלית פיקאפ גם חוסכת לכם כסף: בכל הזמנה שתבצעו דרך האפליקציה תצברו בינקויינז – "נקודות" שיעניקו לכם הטבות שוות לממש בהזמנות הבאות.
כל 1 בינקויינז שווה 1 ש"ח, וכל רכישה באפליקציה מעניקה 10% מסכום הקנייה. למשל, אם הזמנתם באפליקציה ב-100 ש"ח תקבלו 10 בינקויינז.
בנוסף לבינקויינז, באפליקציה תיהנו מכל מיני הטבות (למשל, קפה ראשון ב-5 שקלים למצטרפים חדשים, הטבת יום הולדת) ומבצעים מפנקים ("דיל החודש" ועוד).

Doesn’t work well.
1. Using a saved credit card always fails. I need to delete and re-enter each time.
2. Name and phone number isn’t saved.
3. Doesn’t save locations. I need to search through the _unsorted_ drop-down for all branches each time I want to order.
Edit (upgrading to 2 stars):
Issues #1 and #2 were solved by creating an account. There’s no point in saving the credit card if I can’t use it.
Developers: can you please change the error from “Please try again” to “Please Log In”, or something like that?
Issue #3 : Perhaps sort the branch list by last-recently-used?
...And _please_ hire a proper UI/UX person. The app looks (and acts) like it was written by a first-year computer-science student.
App not usable :(
When attempting to create an order I get redirected to a website that is really slow, buggy and generally not responsive.
