The app doesn’t work and a message has been shown “connection is not yet ready!!!” Iphone

I really like this app, it helps me connect with friends motk easily, it allows you to talk to your friends through high quality video despite low bandwidth. it is very handy when I go on business trips, I can use "Tigi chat" to talk to my wife and see each other via video calls. Sound quality is also good! so glad I have found this app!
