Weak technical support team
The application does not connect for UAE banks account.
The technical support team do not provide the needed support to solve the short fall of the app not connecting to banks in the UAE.
Support team do not attend to inquiry and if they did it might be after a week from the date your rise the complain over Apps communication channel.

Unfortunately UAE support was dropped from the app as banks connections is not stable 🙏🏼
App keeps crashing
When trying to go to the monthly report, the App just keeps crashing. I basically cannot access it.
