The (Ajman Voice) Application of Ajman Contact Center 80070, in its first release, allows users to submit complaints, Emergency, Suggestions, Service requests and follow them up without the need to Contact Ajman Call Center, With a simple and new design.

Ajman Voice App features:
- Simple and fast registration procedures.
- Ease of submitting transactions (complaints, reports, service requests, suggestions ...) in three steps.
- Linking the application with the complaints and suggestions system, allowing the customer to view the feedback received from the local government department in Ajman with full transparency.
- A control panel to view transactions (in progress, closed ...).
- The customer can submit a request to object to the transaction or submit a closing request.
- The customer can attach documents, photos and videos.
- Determine the exact geographical location of the complaint or Emergency using Google Maps.
- Receive Notification message from Ajman Call Center.
- Application Evaluation.
- A personal file for each user.
- The customer can know the expected time to complete each transaction.
