Hi, I'll be honest, the first time I tried this application, I had my doubts. But when I did, it actually wasn't that bad. I love the fact that it is accessible for voiceover users, which is something I truly respect because I am a blind user myself. However, while the first step was great, there are a few aspects that could use some improvement. The voice quality is quite poor and doesn't match the original audio. Additionally, there were several interruptions noticed during the translation video, along with unknown words or phrases that came up. Secondly, I wish that we can have the option to edit the translated script as one of the steps. sometimes the translation is too literal and inaccurate, editing the script before creating the video could greatly improve and optimize translation. last, but not least, please consider making the prices more affordable for everyone. I understand that it can be quite complex with the new technology, but I truly believe that you can do it. It's difficult to have to spend on a subscription and lip syncing technology separately. Perhaps you could consider offering one price for everything? Other than that, the first step was well accomplished, and this application is great. Thank you for the hard work ... i’m excited to see where it goes from here.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I have a newer update… I requested a refund for the two in app purchases that I never received… Apple is refusing to give them to me because this company is lying to you. They don’t have an active email. They are not a good app they are full of lies, and I demand a refund from them. I’ve had to resubmit my request to Apple… I am not gonna be silent until I get refunded for this Garbage app. Update: I’m still waiting for the scam artist to pay me back and refund me… sent them an email requesting it. I just want you guys to know if you emailed them they will not email you back. You cannot get a hold of them on the phone. They are impossible to get a hold of because they are all fake and phony…I’ve given this a five star rating so that it will show up on the top of the ratings but literally I tried to charge the $9.99 package so I could do the video lip sync. It went through the first time but yet I didn’t have any credit. It went through the second time And I still didn’t have any credits… But it sure still charged my credit card so now I’m out $20 and I still don’t have any tokens. What kind of garbage is this?Also, another thing I want to point out is the day after I downloaded this app my gmail was hacked… now they sent me an email asking me to respond to my review? No thank you I would just like all my charges removed The app has been deleted from my phone and you charged me for services i never received

Ok, don’t usually write reviews. But according to two different friends (one Colombian and one Chinese), my Spanish and mandarin is incredible. The Chinese woman, who is always very short on compliments, asked who was in the audio recording I had texted her. I told her it was me and she did. It believe my Chinese had improved so much. The Colombian is a good guy but had the translation been poor or iffy, he would have said so. He said the translation was a 10.

The dub sounds great, but it doesn’t matter how well the dub works if you can’t even use it. The video player is trash, you can scan through the video without it breaking, you can’t rotate or go full screen, there is a download button that always says an error has occurred. I couldn’t even get into the app to see how it worked before being bombarded with premium offers. Even after you pay for premium service there is a coin system to continue translating content it’s absurd. They can keep my $20 and this review I will chalk that up to a loss on my part and hope they can use them both to improve but they are dead to me as scammers out to grab what money they can from people with little regard for providing anyone what they are paying for.
