During this three day period, I have learned quite a bit of formative knowledge which has enriched my ability of slowing my heart rate down. That is important to me. I normally have low heart rate and I breathe shallow but recently I’ve been sick with a fever and coughing so much and having a headache across my forehead my eyes are burning. My tongue is burning. My mouth is burning my throat burning my esophagus, and my chest is burning, my stomach is burning. I am having this coughing and coughing, coughing and coughing is out of hand plus I’m losing my breath when I am just walking very little to the bathroom and coming back or I’m trying to talk and then I start coughing just talking. I’m coughing take a deep breath, coughing but I am doing the breathing exercise, doing a deep breath and holding it like it explains in your instructions and it is making my heart race like it what has been doing. I’m only a water drinker. I eat very little.

Is excellent. The only snafu that I see is that when you click on take a survey or notification it just takes you to the home screen instead of directing you where you should go with the app however I love having to go off of throughout the day that is also paired to my Apple Watch for my heart health. I appreciate the ability to see my stress levels and see the different types of arrhythmias that I have having a heart condition. It is on point with what is been going on with me.

Now, I was scrolling on TikTok, as you do, and then I saw this ad. Now if you don’t know already, it’s fake. You can’t actually just use a camera to measure you BPM. So, I installed to so and tried it out. I went to do the scanning (which had about 20 ads in the beginning) and did everything. Now, after I did this, it said my bpm was 91. But, I had a Fitbit on, (which if you don’t know, is a exercise watch that does actually track your bpm, for real.) Now, when I checked my Fitbit, oh well. I was at 80 bpm. So, after that, I went over to my couch to test something. After I shuffled over to the couch, I put it on my rear camera, and my couch was alive. It was at 68 bpm. Now last time I checked, couches don’t have heart rates. The one thing I am scared about is that this app, and many others say it can measure you bpm, but that can’t. You know, maybe a unknowing person installs this app, gets a high blood rate, and goes to the doctor because they think this is real. Please stop. Also, why a subscription? 5 dollars for what? To help a fake app trick you? No. So if your reading this, DO NOT INSTALL.
