تقدر تختار مدربك الشخصي وتتواصل معه بحيث يصمم لك برنامجك التدريبي الخاص للهدف اللي تبي توصله، مهما كان. راح يصمم مدربك برنامج خاص فيك من تدريب وتغذية تناسب أسلوب حياتك ومكان تدريبك أنت.

يبدولي أن فيه مشكلة بآخر تحديث، التطبيق يعلق، ويطلع رسالة خطأ نصها ( لايوجد رد من الخادم) في كل مرة أختار فيها أي خيار داخل التطبيق.. ياليت لو تتكرمون بحلها
