The Holding Company for Water and Wastewater is providing ‘125’ application to the Egyptian population with the aim of disseminating water preserving knowledge, receiving complaints and suggestions and sending notifications to users. Notifications will be sent informing the users of water shortage timings, surveys to fill, etc. The application will share its news and deliver information to users to help them know better on how to preserve water and better utilization for it. Users will be able to send complaints and suggestions with screen shots of what they want to report at.
In the second phase of the application, users will be able to pay their invoice through the application.
