Super SLOW and not intuitive

I downloaded this app to listen to the audio sequences for my JLPT N5 practice (collaboration between publisher and this audiobook app). It’s not working. Also downloading it ok the computer isn’t working.
No helpful explanations to be found anywhere. And it keeps downloading the files again and again whenever I try to open the sequences and freezes.
Super disappointing!
