多彩な武器とその合成強化、自分と仲間のレベルアップ、スキルの獲得をしながら突き進むと、ゲートの奥の異世界で主人公アルスを待ち受けているものは・・・？
心優しい青年アルスは、なんの変哲もないごくありふれた街で、心穏やかに暮らしていた。あのゲートが開くまでは・・・
街に突如現れた異世界とつながるゲート。
ゲートの向こうからは次々にモンスターが現れ、そこからは次々とモンスターが流れ込んでくる。人々は戦って街を守るが、いつになってもモンスターが出てきて死傷者は増えるばかり。
アルスはモンスターが湧き出てくる原因を突き止めるべく、異世界へ向かう。
仲間たちは街を守って次々に死んでいく。一刻も早くモンスターが出てくる原因を突き止めなければならない。
そして異世界を行き来することでアルスは、新たな能力を手に入れ、更なる旅を続けていく。
