お気軽に明治維新を成し遂げられます。
最初に動かせるユニットは黒船だけです。
アクションを起こして、いろんなユニットを登場させましょう。
ユニットはそれぞれの拠点へ戻ると活動資金が補充されます。
活動資金を消費して、交渉術や剣術のレベルを上げましょう。
交渉術を獲得すると、他のユニットを説得することができます。
開国、攘夷、倒幕。
説得に成功すると、相手の思想に影響を与えることができます。
将軍や天皇の思想が変化すると、状況が一変します。
思想をぶつけ合い、時代の流れを進めましょう！
