此拓本歐陽詢《九成宮醴泉銘碑帖》是明代李琪舊藏宋拓本。
九成宮, 在今陜西麟遊縣城西, 原為隋之仁壽宮, 唐貞觀五年加以擴建, 更名九成宮, 並置禁苑、武庫及宮寺。《九成宮醴泉銘》撰作和書寫於唐貞觀六年夏歷四月, 全文敘述了九成宮的來歷和其建築的雄偉壯觀, 歌頌了唐太宗的武功文治和節儉精神, 介紹了宮城內發現醴泉的經過。李世民在九成宮四城之陰散步時, 發現有一塊土地比較濕潤, 用杖疏導便有水流出。於是掘地成井, 其水跟美酒一樣香甜。大家極為高興, 認為是祥瑞之兆。於是由魏征撰寫銘文, 歐陽詢執筆書寫, 匠工刻於石上。
歐陽詢書寫此銘,其書法藝術已是爐火純青。自古以來,此銘被譽為「天下第一正書」、「楷書之極則」。
