支持多种稿件类型的创建和发布；支持对稿件内容和评论的快速审核和管理；支持多随时随地发起直播，实现快速报道；同时实现手机和指挥大屏之间的连线互动。

Version 3.5.1
1、个人草稿箱和稿源库增加电视文稿类型，包括新建、修改、浏览及详情页操作。
2、各稿库签发到报纸渠道后，可以设置“签发日期可选范围”。
3、部门库追回操作弹窗时稿件来源信息修正。
4、部分稿库列表界面增加一键回到顶部操作。
5、审评论优化，筛选增加预发布状态，来源增加“后台发布”。
6、直播推流/直播模块内审核评论时，预发布状态的评论支持置顶和删除操作。
