健康茂名居于居民电子健康卡的实名认证体系为广大居民提供智慧便民的健康医疗服务，包括预约挂号、门诊结算、报告单查询、智能导诊、预交金充值、处方查询、费用查询、在线咨询、健康宣教、健康随访、健康评估、健康档案等健康便民就医服务，旨在缩短看病流程，节约患者时间。

· 预交金充值：线上充值，线下使用，不跑腿免排队；
